At this time I am only be working online, remotely or phone sessions for the foreseeable future.
I know many therapists are working face to face, but I will not be doing this for the time being. I will continue to shield the vulnerable member of our household. Working online is different to face to face sessions, but it is just as potent, if you have any questions regarding how this may work, please contact me.
I am aware that for many people this is a time where there is a great degree of anxiety and stress, regarding not only health but also finances, so if you need help but are struggling, please talk to me…. I have a number of concessionary spaces as well as specific sessions during the week marked for a “pay it forward” – what I ask is that at some point in the future you pledge to pay this forward in random acts of kindness, beauty and generosity.
Remote sessions are slightly different from the online ‘face to face’ options, we have brief check in and then I work off screen and you can do what you feel to, these are strong sessions with people reporting differences felt straight away.
